Since it's inception in 1896, the Newark Firefighters Union has fought valiantly for the rights of all of its members. This union operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Whenever our members need us, we are there. Our motto is "There When You Need Us" and I believe that our elected board stands by that by protecting our members, insuring the safety of our brave men, so that after their shift is done, they can go home and enjoy their lives...
I am a proud member of the Newark Fire Department and also extremely proud to be the President of the biggest Firefighters Union in this great state, representing some of the Bravest men that I have ever known. My goal is to continue a proud tradition of being fair, as past Presidents have done before me.

If you are a NFU member, we encourage you to register. Only NFU past and present members will be granted access to the members community area of Newarkfd.Com.
As a registered member you will have access to sections of the Forum & website not open to the general public. Have access to a community profile section and more.
We will be using this to send out mass email announcements & notifications, keep members up to date with Union functions and share information.
